Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to initiate a return. The return shipment must be sent back to us within this timeframe.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All items must be returned in unused condition, suitable for resale.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
NOTE ON SALE ITEMS
For items purchased on sale, Bodi Solutions does not provide refunds. These items can be exchanged for another item from our collection or redeemed for store credit.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the courier and the country from which the package is returned.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
If you choose to exchange a product when registering your return, we will prioritize your request to ensure the exchange is completed within a few days.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can track your return shipment, and the 10 business days start from when the package arrives at our warehouse. After your refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 daysfor the refund to appear in your bank account. A 10% processing fee will be applied to all returns and refunds.

What if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. If you have already initiated a return and the product is sold out, we will reach out to you to find a suitable solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you didn’t receive this email, please contact our customer service for assistance.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipment or production, we are here to help. Please email info@bodisolutions.comwith a photo of the issue, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.
What if I want to return my order outside the return period?
We encourage you to return your item within the 14-day period. If that’s not possible, we may offer an exchange for a replacement or a voucher. Please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
